Juan Carlos Enriquez
Composer/Sound Designer – The Bonampak Project
Juan Carlos Enriquez is an emerging film composer from Guadalajara, Mexico and a recent graduate of the Film Scoring program at Berklee College of Music.
At Berklee he served as the president of the Society of Composers and Vice-President of The Film Scoring Network.
Soon after making the move to Los Angeles in the summer of 2013 Juan Carlos was hired by film composer Reinhold Heil (Cloud Atlas, Perfume, The International, I, Frankenstein) to join the ranks of his studio.
Juan Carlos’s work as an arranger and electronic music programmer can be heard on SyFy channel’s latest original series, HELIX (from the producers of the X-Files, Battlestar Gallactica and Lost).
Besides his work on TV, he also served as part of the music team on Sony Pictures remake of RoboCop (starring Gary Oldman, Samuel L Jackson, and Michael Keaton) working for composer Pedro Bromfman as a technical score engineer.
His most recent advertisement work include the music for an online advertisement campaign of Google and Android.
Additionally, some of the short films he has scored and worked on have been premiered at Cannes, Warner Brothers Studios and Tribeca.
